Mike helped us with the sale of my father's country home. He came and reviewed the property and suggested upgrades that would help to make the house more presentable for selling. He also helped with a recommendation for a handyman to complete the improvements and a recommendation for staging. The recommendations were excellent and the work helped greatly with the speed of the sale. He also strategized the best time to list the property which allowed for the improvements to be made and the house to be cleaned out. We knew of Mike through our previous agent, who retired, and our son used him to sell his condo and purchase his first house. Ten years ago Michael helped us buy our first house. This being our first house we were a little nervous but never felt any pressure thanks to Michael. Michael came recommended from some friends, and honestly my experience with him has been superb.
